All Online Bidders must sign and return the Terms & Conditions Forms along with their deposit no later than 12:00 p.m. Central Time, Wednesday, May 25, 2005.

Required Deposit:
All persons desiring to bid online at this auction are required to send a Cashier's Check in the amount of $1000 made payable to Lone Star Auctioneers Escrow Account, 4629 Mark IV Parkway, Fort Worth, TX 76106-2295, no later than noon Wednesday, May 25, 2005. No online bidders will be approved until this deposit is received. This deposit is fully refundable or will be applied to online purchases at this auction only. We strongly urge bidders to overnight their deposits so that we receive them no later than Tuesday, May 24, 2005. The sooner you get your deposit in, the sooner you will be approved to bid absentee and on-line. Although bidders can submit absentee bids prior to approval, those bids will not be executed until we receive your deposit. The Cashier's Checks will not be cashed unless a winning bid is submitted by that bidder. All Cashiers Checks from unsuccessful bidders will be returned within two business days after the auction.

Terms of payment:
Payment must be made in full by cashiers check or check with an original bank letter of guarantee which reads:

This bank will guarantee unqualified payment to Lone Star Auctioneers, Inc. on account # __________ up to the amount of $ __________. No stop payment will be issued regarding this transaction. and must be received in our office at 4629 Mark IV Parkway, Fort Worth, TX 76106 no later than close of business (12 p.m. Central Time) on Wednesday May 25, 2005. Any bidder(s) who do not pay for their on-line purchases will not be allowed to register or participate in any future auctions conducted by Lone Star Auctioneers, Inc.

Acceptance of terms:
All persons participating the on-line bidding agree to and accept these terms and conditions unequivocally and without exception.

All participants hereby agree and accept that neither Lone Star Auctioneers, Inc. nor Bidspotter.com will be held responsible for a failure to execute a bid on behalf of any participant(s) for any reason whatsoever.

Winner notification:
Successful bidders will be notified immediately after the auction. Full payment from on-line bidders MUST be in the form of Cashiers Check. All payments for on-line purchases MUST be received in our office NO LATER THAN Thursday, June 2, 2005 (Monday is Memorial Day). Any bidder(s) who do not pay for their on-line purchases will not be allowed to register or participate in any future auctions conducted by Lone Star Auctioneers, Inc.

Insurance, shipping and handling:
PLEASE NOTE THESE S&H TERMS CHANGED AS OF MAY 16 & 20, 2005. SEE "SPECIAL NOTES" BELOW.
There will be a minimum $25.00 handling fee for purchases on EACH DAY of auction. Buyers who purchase on Thursday, Friday and Saturday auction days (or any combination of days) will be charged shipping and handling for each day’s purchases on an invoice generated at the end of each auction day.

Sales tax:
PLEASE NOTE THESE TERMS WERE CLARIFIED ON 05/25/05 @ 16:20 CDT.
CA state sales tax of 7.25% will be collected from all CA residents who do not provide a CA resale number. TX state sales tax of 8.25% will be collected from all TX residents who do not provide a TX resale number.

Buyers Premium:
A 15% Buyer’s Premium will be charged to all buyers on every purchase. Lone Star Auctioneers, Inc. will not refund or reimburse the buyer’s premium on any item based on errors and/or omissions of the appraisal.
