PAYMENT may be made by Cash, American Express, VISA, Mastercard, Discover, wire transfer or check (Only when accompanied w/ bank letter of guarantee made out to Green Bid Auctions, Inc.). 
Payment methods must be approved by GreenBid Auctions, Inc. prior to bidding.  
A $25 fee will be charged for all wire transfers.  
No purchases will be removed until paid for in full.   Under no circumstances may a stop payment be placed on a check of any kind or credit card purchase be reversed or cancelled. 
A 15% Buyer's Premium will be added to the bid price of all purchases.  
Sales tax will be charged unless the buyer fills out a Resale Certificate or a Tax Exempt Certificate. Buyers must fill out the appropriate Sales Tax forms at the time of  registration.   NO EXCEPTIONS.
Any deletions or additions to the sale will be announced by the auctioneer either before or during the sale. 
This sale is being conducted in accordance to applicable state and local laws and the Uniform Commercial Code.  TX State License: S. Green #15246, R. Green, #16038
All items in the sale are being sold, "AS IS, WHERE IS" without warranties or guarantees and with all faults. 
Bidders should satisfy themselves as to the usefulness and value of each item. Any statement made by the auctioneer or seller regarding the items to be sold should be considered a guide and guide only. Any error in description does not relieve the buyer or his agent of their responsibilities. Any dispute among bidders will be settled by the auctioneer at his sole discretion, and his decision and remedy will be deemed final. 
The lotting and order of the auction will be at the sole discretion of the auctioneer. 
Any adjustment in count must be brought to the attention of the auction staff and settled on sale day and any discrepancies on the final invoice must be brought to the attention of Green Bid Auctions, Inc. within 24 hours of the end of the auction.
Buyers assume all responsibility for removal, transportation and handling of purchase.  Our seller has approved and is currently using L & L RIGGING & CRATING - Roy Brumit (214) 325-9065 Mobile, (972) 636-2725 Voice or email: rbrumit@llcleanrooms.com.  Buyers must use insured & bonded riggers for removal when applicable. Riggers must submit copies of proof of insurance and 
bonding of at least $1 million to Green Bid Auctions, Inc. prior to any equipment removal.  Buyers shall use state-licensed professionals for the removal and/or disconnect of electrical or plumbing and the removal of hazardous waste shall comply with all environmental laws and regulations.
Green Bid Auctions, Inc. will not be responsible for items that are not removed within the time period allowed. Any item not removed on time will be deemed abandoned and the buyer will receive no refund. Buyer accepts full 
responsibility for all costs incurred by the auction company for removal, storage, and/or disposal of abandoned 
merchandise. 
Announcements sale day supersede any and all previously released information including all oral or printed matter regardless of the medium.
The buyer hereby assumes and does agree to indemnify and hold harmless the auctioneer and sellers from any current or future claim which shall pertain to the fitness, use, damage, safety, injuries to persons or property that may have occurred during the auction or that may have been caused by or during removal or use of items purchased, or any other claim regarding the use of that asset as purchased. 
Removal—Buyer assumes all responsibility for lots successfully bid on. Neither Green Bid Auctions, Inc. or the Seller assumes responsibility for items after auctioneer declares the item(s) SOLD. Removal times will be announced the day of the auction. If auction staff must remain past the stated deadline, the Buyer will be responsible for paying a fee to retain staff services.  Buyers must remove all items they have purchased.  NO EXCEPTIONS. 
This is a Buyer’s contract and buyers must acknowledge and accept by signature the Terms and Conditions provided at the time of registration. 
Buyer assumes full responsibility for all items purchased when the auctioneer declares it sold.  Green Bid Auctions, Inc. is not responsible for the security of the items purchased.  Green Bid Auctions, Inc. is not responsible for missing or misplaced items. No refunds on missing items. NO EXCEPTIONS.
