Machine currently located in a Continental Cd. Juarez manufacturing plant, but will be relocated, at the seller's expense, to the USA (Sta. Teresa, New Mexico).
Recollection must be timed precisely since the space in the USA depot is limited and it could not be allowed for more than 24 hours.
USA and International Buyers have no taxes, Mexican buyers must pay 16%.

Terms and Conditions
ONLINE ONLY auction starting on December 3th at 12:00 AM MST and All buyers are required to REGISTER TO BID. Most of the items are currently located in Cd. Juarez, but as on our previous events, for those buyers within the USA and Canada, we will relocate everything to Sta. Teresa, New Mexico at our expense.
Payments:
Buyers must pay the full balance due of their invoices within 72 hours after the sale, otherwise the sale of the lots will be cancelled and placed again for sale.
All sales are final.
All sales must be paid in ONLY in USD Dollars and this applies to the Mexican, International and North American buyers.
Catalog:
ZZUNN and Continental maintains no responsibility for inadvertent errors on descriptions, pictures, prices or any information related to the equipment or event.
The buyer understands that ZZUNN and Continental reserve the right to cancel the event or any lot from the catalog without previous notice and without any consequence.
Inspection:
All bidders can inspect the assets at any time but with 24 hour notice., Neither ZZUNN nor Continental accept any liability with regards to the performance of the equipment, or discrepancies with the pictures or the description of the catalog.
The equipment located in Juarez could be inspected in Chimenea 4300, Parque Industrial Juárez, Ciudad Juárez Chihuahua, C.P. 32360. Please bear in mind that all sales are final.
Taxes:
United State buyers will have 0% of taxes on their purchases or the buyer’s premium.
Mexican buyers must pay 16% taxes on their purchases and the buyer’s premium.
International buyers pay 0% tax.
Removal:
All assets could be removed from Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, or Sta. Teresa, New Mexico, depending on the buyer’s preferences. If the buyer decides to remove the machines from Sta. Teresa, they will be relocated at our expense once the buyer has scheduled the recollection. Lot number 50 must be removed from McAllen Texas, Please call for more information.
Removal Schedule:
Buyers must pay 100% of their balance before collecting their lots. The buyers must schedule the pickup of their assets.
Sta. Teresa,
The removal schedule is prepared under the “first come first serve” basis and buyers that pay first will have priority. Buyers that fail to collect their purchases within the established timing will lose their assets, the deposit and any payment made.
Import Export Fee:
Mexican buyers will not need to pay additional fees to remove their items from Cd. Juarez, however they will have to pay the 16% TAX.
Warranty:
All items are sold under the basis “as is” and “where is” WITH OUT ANY TYPE OF WARRANTY. All sales are final.
