Auction:

The event is scheduled for March 6^th at 9:00 AM MST and buyers could participate onsite and online.

All buyers are required to REGISTER TO BID.

Deposits will be refund within 96 hours in any of the following cases:

-    If the buyer doesn’t purchase anything during the auction.

-    When the buyer pays within the first 72 hours the full balance of the purchases including the buyers premium.

Buyers interested on the live event must attend to the Hotel Real Inn, in Ciudad Juarez, located in Blvd. Teófilo Borunda No. 6941, Col. Partido Iglesias.

Payments:

Buyers must pay the full balance due of their invoices within 72 hours after the sale, otherwise the lots will be cancelled, the deposit will be lost and the lots offered to other buyers.

All sales are final.

All sales must be paid in USD Dollars and this applies to the Mexican, International and North American buyers.

Catalog:

ZZUNN and Continental maintains no responsibility for inadvertent errors on descriptions, pictures, prices or any information related to the equipment or event.

The buyer understands that ZZUNN and Continental reserve the right to cancel the event or any lot from the catalog without previous notice and without any consequence.

Inspection:

All bidders are required to inspect the assets on March 5th., Neither ZZUNN nor Continental accept any liability with regards to the performance of the equipment, or discrepancies with the pictures or the description of the catalog.

The equipment located in Juarez could be inspected in Chimenea 4300, Parque Industrial Juárez, Ciudad Juárez Chihuahua, C.P. 32360.

Please bear in mind that all sales are final.

Taxes:

United State buyers will have 0% of taxes on their purchases or the buyer’s premium.

Mexican buyers must pay 16% taxes on their purchases and the buyer’s premium.

International buyers pay 0% tax.

Removal:

With a few exceptions, most of the assets could be removed from Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, or Sta. Teresa, New Mexico, and they could be revomed from either one of the locations depending on the buyer’s preferences.

Due to the oversize of a few lots currently, please check the description of all the items to identify those exceptions where additional charges might apply to return the lots to the USA. If the description doesn’t mention any charge, the return to the USA with a removal from Sta. Teresa NM will be FREE.

Removal Schedule:

Buyers must pay 100% or their balance before collecting their lots. The buyers must schedule the pickup of their assets based on the availability within the following schedule.

The removal schedule is prepared under the “first come first serve” basis and buyers that pay first will have priority.

Buyers that fail to collect their purchases within the established timing will lose their assets, the deposit and any payment made.

Import Export Fee:

Mexican buyers will not need to pay additional fees to remove their items from Cd. Juarez, however they will have to pay the 16% TAX.

Warranty:

All items are sold under the basis “as is” and “where is” WITH OUT ANY TYPE OF WARRANTY. All sales are final.
