TERMS: Everything sells like is, as is, where is. No warranties or guarantees are in effect whether expressed or implied. All purchases must be paid for within 24 hours of receiving your invoice. Payment can be cash, cashiers check, wire transfer, or credit card (an additional 3% handling fee to be assessed). No checks without A bank letter of credit from your financial institution. This letter must be emailed or faxed to the auction company no later than April 4, 2016. It is made out to Hilpipre Auction Co. and becomes the property of the Auction Company. This letter must state the financial institution’s willingness to honor all checks made payable to Hilpipre Auction Co. Announcements made at time of sale supersede any previous announcements. A 7% Buyers Premium Applies.
Equipment Removal: All successful bidders are responsible for arranging their own rigging and transportation and are responsible for any fees occurred.
