Terms and Conditions

Online Only Machinery Auction

                         No Merchandise may be removed until complete settlement has been made and the auction has concluded.

1. All purchases shall be paid for in full on the day of the sale, unless a wire transfer is required. The wire transfer shall be sent no later than 9/27/14 by 3:00 PM. 
2. Purchases shall be paid for with wire transfer.No credit cards are accepted.
3. All items are sold as is where is and how is, with no warranties of any type expressed or implied concerning the merchandise being sold.
4. Descriptions of merchandise contained in the catalog are intended for general information purposes only. Please examine items carefully before bidding as no refunds will be given.
5. A buyer’s Premium of 15% applies to all lots sold.
6. No one under the age of 18 years of age is permitted to register or bid.
7. After and item has been sold, it becomes the sole responsibility of the purchaser. All risk of loss passes to the buyer upon the declaration that the item has been sold. Any item purchased must be removed in its entirety.A properly stamped invoice authenticated by our cashier, will be required by our check out Personnel in order that you may remove the item.                           
8. The auctioneer may remove items from the sale at his discretion.
9. The auctioneer is the sole authority on any disputed bid, and his word is final. We reserve the right to correct any clerical errors and to re-invoice if necessary.
10. If a dispute arises out of this contract that cannot be settled through negotiation or mediation any and all court proceeding shall take place in Butler, Pa. .
11. All machines are either disconnected at the plug or at the quick disconnect box, box not included.
12. Anyone wishing to remove large items for them self must provide a 1 million dollar insurance policy naming   Hartland Machinery Auctioneers as additional insured.
13. Removal dates and times: By appointment only.Must be removed by 4:00 PM October 15, 2014.
