All purchased items must be removed from the Premises by September 26, 2014. Removal shall be at the expense, risk and liability of the Bidder. Uninstalled items not requiring rigging may be removed by the Bidder with the prior approval of Harry Davis for which liability insurance may be required. All other items, unless specifically approved otherwise by Harry Davis, are to be removed by U.S. Rigging LLC of Green Bay, WI, ("U.S. Rigging"), an independent contractor, and in accordance with the removal fees scheduled in this catalog. Harry Davis shall have the right to require the Bidder to pay U.S. Rigging's fees to Harry Davis for remittance to U.S. Rigging to assure compliance.
Terms and Conditions
TERMS: Online bidding requires a $2,500.00 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. BIDDERS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES MUST POST A $5000.00 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IN ADVANCE OF THE AUCTION.

To insure approval as a bidder, please make deposit arrangements as far in advance of the auction as possible.

Total purchases to be paid within 48 hours following the auction in cash, cashiers check or wired funds. All purchases must be removed within period announced by auctioneer.
