AMOUNT DUE:                    Ten percent (10%) of the final purchase price, a non-refundable down

                                              payment, must be made with in 48 hours upon close of auction. 

                                              Checks will be made payable to: Garner Auctions, Inc. Real Estate Escrow

                                              Account. Checks will be deposited and held in this account.

               

BALANCE DUE:                   Balance is due on or before January 15, 2015. Time is of the essence.

                                              Seller shall have reasonable time to perfect the title.                 

                                               

CLOSING COSTS:               Closing Costs are to be paid by Purchaser.
