Terms of Shipment

Shipping serivce available for lots of tooling. All machinery will be loaded onto your truck free of charge. Payment for all items must be cleared before shipment and/or pick-up. See Terms & Conditions for removal dates.

Payment Terms

Methods of accepted payment include: company check with bank letter, wire transfer, PayPal, and credit card (MasterCard, Visa,and Discover). An additional 3% fee will be charged to credit card payments.

CNC lathes, mills, large amount of CAT50, CAT40, NMTB50 taper tooling, other tooling including Kennametal, Valenite, Sandvik, Iscar, Ingersoll, Parlec, and Command.

 

As stated above, shipping charges for tooling lots will be paid for by the buyer. Buyer must provide their own shipping for all machinery.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PAYMENT TERMS: Payment in full is due within 24 hours of receiving invoicing. Methods of accepted payment include: company check with bank letter, wire transfer, PayPal, and credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover only). A 3% fee will be applied to all credit card payments. No items can be removed or shipped until payment is received and checks clear.

 

SHIPPING/ REMOVAL: Payment for all items must be cleared before shipment and/or pick-up. Removal shall be at the expense, risk and liability of the purchaser. Seller shall not be responsible for items not removed within the time allowed. If equipment is not removed within specified removal time, purchaser shall be liable for any moving and storage costs incurred and, if not so removed, the items shall be deemed abandoned. All machine purchases must be picked up by the buyer; transportation will not be provided, but property can be loaded free of charge.  Machines must be picked up no later than two weeks after close of auction; October 16th.  Contact Bob to schedule pick-up (937-320-2298 or 937-672-9876). Shipping service available for all other lots of tooling. Price of shipping based on quantity of tooling purchased. Tooling lots must be picked up no later than one week after close of auction; October 9th.

 

BUYER’S PREMIUM: A 15% buyer’s premium will be applied to all sales in addition to state and local taxes.

SALES TAX: All sales are subject to state and local taxes, and will be collected from the buyer unless proper paperwork with tax-exempt number is presented at time of payment.

 

DEFAULT: All items awarded to high bidders are contractually theirs and must be paid for by the specified payment date and removed by the specified removal date.  In the event the buyer fails to fulfill these contractual obligations as specified, the buyer will be placed in default.

OFFICIAL NOTICE OF DEFAULT: Upon default, the buyer loses all right, title, and interest in which they might otherwise have had to the property as to which default has occurred. The seller reserves the right to re-market and re-sell this property.

 

REFUND: All lots are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” with all faults.  NO RETURNS of sold goods, NO REFUNDS, and NO EXCHANGES will be permitted.  While descriptions are believed to be accurate, there are no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied as to the genuineness, authenticity of, or defect in any lot and the seller will not be held responsible for inaccuracies.  No sale shall be set aside nor allowance made on account of any incorrectness, error in cataloging, or any imperfection not noted. 

 

INDEMNIFICATION: Purchaser does hereby indemnify and hold harmless seller from any and all damages, claims or liabilities from injuries to persons or property of any type whatsoever caused during the sale or by the removal of items purchased.

 

RESERVE: The seller reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
