All property is sold "AS IS" and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition , age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Announcements made Day of Sale supersede all written or advertised announcements. Descriptions and hours are believed to be correct, but not guaranteed.
Sales tax of 8.75% will be charged for each taxable purchase unless purchaser has a resale sales tax permit or Oklahoma Farm Tax card. A copy will need to be emailed or faxed to Sturgeon's Tractor & Truck Sales. Fax#580-776-2279 or email sturgeon@pldi.net.
Buyer must contact Sturgeon's Tractor & Truck Sales to arrange for payment. Payment may be made by cash, approved check or bank wire transfer. All payments must be made by Wednesday Sept 16, 2015.
Buyer is responsible from time of sale and will not hold Sturgeon's Tractor & Truck Sales responsible for any liability, resulting from theft, accidents, or fire. All items to be paid for before removal from this auction yard.
