All transactions must be settled within 4 business days
after auction. Cash or Check. A 8.5% buyers premium will
apply to items selling for $5000 and less and a 5.5% on items selling for $5001 and more. Applicable sales tax will apply unless buyer provides a tax exempt form. All bidders
must be pre-registered and be approved before Friday April 17, 2015 @ 1:00 p.m. cst. EVERYTHING WILL SELL AS IS WHERE IS!
Any announcement made sale day, shall take precedence over
any previous printed advertisement or printed material.

After items are sold, the purchaser assumes all
responsibility for items purchased. If you have any

Auction Company will have a 6,000 LB forklift available to assist with load out of light weight items on the following dates:Sunday 4/19 12-5 PM, Monday 4/20 8AM-5PM,& Tuesday 4/21 8AM-5PM. Starting Wednesday 4/22 thru Thursday 4/23, load out by appointment only. Loading & handling heavy items will be the responsibility of the buyer. Nutt Auction Company is not responsible for stolen items. buyers are responsible for their purchases as soon as the hammer falls.
