All transactions must be settled within 4 business days
after auction. Cash or Check. A 8% buyers premium will
apply to all online purchases. Applicable sales tax will
apply unless buyer provides a tax exempt form. All bidders
must be pre-registered and be approved before Thursday February 26, 2015 @ 5:00 p.m. cst. EVERYTHING WILL SELL AS IS WHERE IS!
Any announcement made sale day shall take precedence over
any previous printed advertisement or printed material.
Also,see terms of sale on your bidder card.
After items are sold, the purchaser assumes all
responsibility for items purchased. If you have any

(903)824-0581. All items must be removed from the auction site by March 7, 2015. Auction Company will have a 6,000 LB forklift available to assist with load out of light weight items on the following dates:Sunday 3/1 12-5 PM & Monday 3/2 8AM-5PM. Starting Wednesday 3/3 thru Saturday 3/7, load out by appointment only. Loading & handling heavy items will be the responsibility of the buyer. Riggers will be on-site auction day for quotes. Nutt Auction Company is not responsible for stolen items. buyers are responsible for their purchases as soon as the hammer falls. Neither Auction Company nor bidspotter will be held responsible for lost internet connection during live/online auction.
