Terms and Conditions
Online bidding terms: Cashiers check or wire transfer only.
All transactions must be settled within 4 business days
after auction. Cash or Check. A 8.5% buyers premium will
apply to all online purchases. Applicable sales tax will
apply unless buyer provides a tax exempt form.
EVERYTHING WILL SELL AS IS WHERE IS!
Any announcement made sale day, shall take precedence over
any previous printed advertisement or printed material.

After items are sold, the purchaser assumes all
responsibility for items purchased. If you have any
