Terms and Conditions
All purchase will be settled for the day of auction by cash or check. On line buyers may settle via electronic wire transfer either on auction day or the first business day following the auction. Payment must be paid in full before items are released to the buyer.
Everything is sold “as is where is” without any warrantees expressed or implied. All dates, serial numbers, hours and measurements are to be verified by the buyer. Auction company or seller is responsible for misquoted dates, serial numbers, hours or measurements.
All items must be removed within one week after the auction. If items are not removed within one week after the auction a fee for moving and storage will be accessed. The moving and storage fee must be paid in full before items are released.
Buyer Premium 3% of hammer price will be added to all on line purchases.
All announcements auction day take precedence over all printed or oral material.
