An 18% Buyer`s Premium will apply for buyers paying via Cash, Cashiers Check, Company Check or Wire Transfer or a 21% Buyer’s Premium will apply for any buyers paying via Credit Card.

PAYMENT/REMOVAL TERMS: All purchases must be paid for in full by Friday, May 9, 2014 at 2 P.M. All items must be removed from the premises by Friday, May 16, 2014 at 4 P.M.

Each item includes a “load out” fee which covers riggers rigging items purchased and loading “loose” onto your designated trucks. Local buyers to the sale location may prefer to avoid further skidding/crating charges if they are comfortable with their trucking arrangements and distance to destination. This is also true for Flat Bed shipments.  Out of state buyers will usually require further skidding or crating which will be quoted if requested. The choice is strictly up to the buyer and the carrier assigned by the buyer.

You will receive a separate invoice from Joseph Finn Co., Inc. for the Rig/Load Fee for each item you purchase.  There will be no Buyer’s Premium or Sales Tax on the Rig/Load Fee invoice.
