Terms of Sale

 

A Buyer’s Premium of 15% will be added to all onsite bids and 18% to all online bids to determine the total purchase price.  Indiana Sales Tax of 7% will be added to all vehicle purchases.  Payment for all purchases must be made in full within 24 hours following conclusion of the auction.  Deposits may be required under certain conditions.  Accepted forms of payment are Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Cash and Wire Transfer. Company or personal checks will not be accepted.

 

Everything sells "As Is/Where Is".  Descriptions are believed to be correct, the auctioneer and the owner make no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, as to the condition, authenticity of, or descriptions used in advertising.  It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to verify condition, authenticity and description of any item prior to bidding.  Removal of purchased items shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser.  No abandonment of purchased items is allowed.  Purchaser will be responsible to pay the full cost of removal or disposal of abandoned items.  All bids and payments must be made in U.S. dollars (USD).  No refunds for lost or stolen items will be made.  Announcements made on the day of sale take precedence over any printed material.  Advertised items may be subject to withdrawal or prior sale.
