TERMS OF SALE

A BUYER'S PREMIUM OF 15% WILL BE ADDED TO ALL ONSITE BIDS AND 18% TO ALL ONLINE BIDDERS TO DETERMINE THE TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE. PAYMENT FOR ALL PURCHASES ONSITE MUST BE MADE THE DAY OF THE SALE. ALL ONLINE PURCHASES WITH-IN 24 HOURS AFTER THE CLOSE OF THE AUCTION.  ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE MASTERCARD, VISA, DISCOVER, GUARANTEED CHECK, AND WIRE TRANSFER.

EVERYTHING SELLS "AS IS/WHERE IS".  DESCRIPTIONS ARE BELIEVED TO BE CORRECT, THE AUCTIONEER AND THE OWNER MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION, AUTHENTICITY OF, OR DESCRIPTIONS USED IN ADVERTISING.

Once the auctioneer says "Sold," the purchaser is responsible for payment and safekeeping of the merchandise.  Removal of purchased items shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser.  No abandonment of purchased items is allowed.  Purchaser will be responsible to pay the full cost of removal or disposal of abandoned items.  All bids and payments must be made in U.S. dollars (USD).  No refunds for lost or stolen items will be made.  Announcements made on the day of sale take precedence over any printed material.  Advertised items may be subject to prior sale.

REMOVAL OF PURCHASED ITEMS SHALL BE AT THE EXPENSE, LIABILITY, AND RISK OF THE PURCHASER REMOVAL DATES WILL BE DAY OF SALE OCTOBER 8th THROUGH OCTOBER 10th AND OCTOBER 13th THROUGH OCTOBER 15th.  ANY ASSETS REMAINING BEYOND 5:00PM EST ON OCTOBER 15th WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED AND THE COST TO DISPOSE OF THE ASSETS WILL BE INVOICE TO YOU.
