All items are sold on a "AS IS" basis. We have tried to give you the most correct information possible but do not warranty anything. Hours listed are the hours that are showing on the machines. We cannot guarantee accuracy of hours. In some cases hours are not listed because we know cannot read the meater, meter is not working or has been replaced. All small items that need to be loaded with the forklifts must be removed from the property by Tuesday July 5th we will not load July 4th. . All items that need to be permitted and trucked must be removed Friday July 8th.  After Tuesday July 5th you will need to make an appointment thru Mike at 252-916-1005.

5% buyers premium with a 850.00 dollar max per item will be charged above auction price. 

Payment Methods.
Online bidders must pay by wire transfer within 24 hours of the auction. Wiring instructions will be e-mailed to you after the end of the sale.  If you do not recieve an e-mail please email Mike at mgurkins@countryboysauction.com.  Thanks

If you buy a titled vehicle you must e-mail mgurkins@countryboysauction.com with the proper information to transfer the title. The vehicle must be paid for within the 24 hours and can be picked immediately up upon payment.
