All items are sold on a "AS IS" basis. We have tried to
give you the most correct information possible but do not
warranty anything. Hours listed are the hours that are
showing on the machines. We cannot guarantee accuracy of
hours. In some cases hours are not listed because we 
cannot read the meater, meter is not working or has been
replaced. All small items must be removed from the property
by Friday November 7th at 4 PM. All items that need to be
permitted and trucked must be removed by  Friday November 14th and must
have appointment after July 7th for removal.
5% buyers premium per item will be
charged above auction price.

Payment Methods.
Online bidders must pay by wire transfer within 24 hours of
the auction. Wiring instructions will be sent to successful
bidders

If you buy a titled vehicle you must e-mail
mgurkins@countryboysauction.com with the proper information
to transfer the title. The vehicle must be paid for within
the 24 hours and can be picked immediately up upon payment.
Titles will be transfered within 10 business days of sale and
mailed to buyers. Titles will be guaranteed.
