To be approved to bid online in this auction, a $500 authorization will be placed on credit card provided. Authorizations generally expire within 1-10 business days. The card-issuing bank determines the number of days that an authorization may be held. After this deadline and if nothing is purchased, the authorization is canceled, and the amount is returned to the available balance on the account. Credit Card Authorization Form required for online bidders.

Announcements made the day of the sale take precedence over written or advertised announcements, but do not alter, in any way, the terms and conditions of the sale.
For online bidders, a 13% Buyer’s Premium will be applied to all purchases.
All purchases must be paid in full the day of sale. After an item has been sold, it becomes the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Purchases will not be released until invoice is paid in full. All items must be removed by April 4th, 2015 unless prior arrangements have been made.
Acceptable forms of payment include Cash, Wire Transfer, Cashier’s Check, Visa or MasterCard (with additional 3% surcharge applied), personal or company check (ONLY IF accompanied by a Bank Letter of Guarantee).
If payment is not made within 24 hours, the credit card provided for authorization will be billed up to $500 towards the outstanding balance for each day until full-payment has been received.
