By making a bid, Bidder accepts the terms and conditions below and will be bound by them.

To be approved to bid online in this auction, a $500 authorization will be placed on credit card provided.  Authorizations generally expire within 1-10 business days. The card-issuing bank determines the number of days that an authorization may be held. After this deadline and if nothing is purchased, the authorization is canceled, and the amount is returned to the available balance on the account. Credit Card Authorization Form required for online bidders.

Auction Catalog is a guide-only. B.I.C. Auctions, Inc. reserves the right to group lots, reduce or add quantity to lots, add lots, or delete lots.

Announcements made the day of the sale take precedence over written or advertised announcements, but do not alter, in any way, the terms and conditions of the sale.

For online bidders, a 13% Buyer’s Premium will be applied to all purchases.

Local sales tax of 7.0% will be applied to all purchases, including buyer’s premium, unless appropriate tax-exempt documentation is provided prior to payment being made. For out of state shipments, a Bill of Lading must be provided at time of removal.

All purchases must be paid in full the day of sale. After an item has been sold, it becomes the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Purchases will not be released until invoice is paid in full. All items must be removed by April 28 at 5PM CT unless prior arrangements are made.

Acceptable forms of payment include Cash, Wire Transfer, Cashier’s Check, Visa or MasterCard (with additional 3% surcharge applied), personal or company check (ONLY IF accompanied by a Bank Letter of Guarantee).

If payment is not made within 24 hours, the credit card provided for authorization will be billed up to $500 towards the outstanding balance for each day until full-payment has been received.
