All, products, merchandise, goods, and service, listed in the BC Auctions Farm Equipment Auction, ARE SOLD "AS IS", and, are without warranties of any type, directly, or indirectly, express, or implied.

THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS SALE AND, OR RELATED MARKETING MATERIAL, ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.   IT IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF PURCHASING CONSUMERS TO CHECK FOR UPDATES AND CHANGES.

Purchasers are responsible for removal.

You must register for each individual auction in order to place bids. There is no charge for registration. All internet bidders will have a BID LIMIT placed on their registration if you are unknown to BC Auctions. To have your limit removed or increased it WILL BE NECESSARY that you contact the sales company prior to the start of the auction by phone or email. BC Auctions reserves the right to refuse the issuing of a bidding card.

Every person at the auction site before, during and after the auction sale shall be deemed to be there at his or her own risk with notice of the condition of the premises, the activities on the premises and the conduct of third parties and any registered bidder shall so advise his agents and employees. No persons shall have any claim against the Auctioneers, their agents, employees or principals for any injuries sustained, nor for damages to or loss of property that may occur from any cause whatsoever.

No purchase will be released until payment has been received in full. If payment was made using non-certified funds, the purchase will not be released until those funds clear our bank. This policy will be strictly enforced. All internet purchases must be paid for per terms of this agreement. We accept payment in the form of wire transfer for the farm equipment auctions. PURCHASES OF $500 OR MORE MUST BE PAID BY WIRE TRANSFER. All wire transfers must be completed and processed through our bank no later than the end of the 3rd business day following the sale.

PLEASE NOTE: We require a credit card to be on file as part of the bidder verification process. Your card will not be charged for registering for our auction. Purchases of $500 or less may be paid for with credit cards with a convenience fee of 3% added to the total purchase price.

We accept payment in the form of wire transfer. PURCHASES OF $501 OR MORE MUST BE PAID BY WIRE TRANSFER. All wire transfers must be completed and processed through our bank no later than 3 business days following the auction. If payments are not received per the terms BC Auctions has the right to charge the credit card that is on file as part of the bidder registration for the total amount due with a 3% convenience fee added to the final purchase price.

All buyers are required to handle all shipping arrangements. BC Auctions Staff will be happy to assist in loading of equipment. If special arrangements need to be made, you must contact the Auction Company immediately after Auction. Any items left over 60 days without special arrangements will be sold for storage.

Kentucky State Law requires we collect 6% Sales Tax on all purchases. If your purchase qualifies for tax exemption the applicable forms must be on file in our office. If you need a Kentucky State Resale or Farm Exemption form we will be happy to forward this to you. Any purchases going out of state by common carrier truck may also be considered Tax Exempt.
