Terms and Conditions
TERM & CONDITIONS:
On-Site bidders require a $200.00 cash deposit and must maintain a 25% deposit throughout the auction. All funds must be in cash or cashiers checks. Company checks will only be accepted with a bank letter guaranteeing payment. All items are sold as-is where-is, without warranty or guarantee. Announcements made the day of auction supersede any and all printed material.
On-site bidders will be charged a 10% buyer's Premium.
On-line bidders may register with a Visa, Master Card or Discover card. Credit card users will receive a fax authorization form that must be filled out and returned to American Auction within 24-hours of the auction. Those not using a credit card must deliver a company check in the amount of $1,000.00 as a refundable deposit no later than 72-hours prior to the auction or a wire transfer within 24 hours of the auction. On-line bidders will be charged a 15% buyer's premium.
