- Please check each auction for details shipping, skidding and loading as they will differ.
- Forklift, Skidding, wrapping & packaging services are available but not at all auction sites
- Skidding, crating and packaging is available upon request, additional costs apply.
- Specific instructions may be placed on each lot for location pickup, larger item removal or off-site items. Please review and inquire.

Notice to US Bidders $1.00 USD buys approximately $1.37 Canadian (as of Feb 2, 2016)
Onsite Viewing available - Tuesday Feb 9 to Monday Feb 15 - 10 am to 4:30 pm (Closed Weekends)
Winning Bidder Notification is not an invoice. You will receive a seperate invoice by email only. Please check your email the day after auction close. If you do not receive an invoice please notify us by email.
All items must be paid for in FULL and removed by 5pm Friday February 19, 2016 unless prior arrangements made.
Credit cards are not processed upon close of auction. Credit card payment is only accepted for purchases up to $5000.00 and within Canada only. All purchases made outside of Canada must be paid for by wire transfer. If you choose to pay by credit card please complete the form below and submit it by email.

Online Bidders Terms and Conditions
- Terms of the sale are Cash, Debit, Visa or MasterCard. We do not accept cheques
- Credit card payment only accepted up to $5000.00 and within Canada only
- Winner bidder outside of Canada must pay by wire transfer
- All good sold in Canadian funds
- The items have been displayed for inspection and each purchaser shall be held satisfied as to the condition , identity and authenticity and shall not be entitled to make objection after the sale on any grounds whatsoever
- 18% Buyers Premium will be charged on all sales
- Auctioneer has the right to delete, remove or alter lots prior to sale
- All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” and lie at the purchasers risk immediately
- All sales “FINAL”
- All sales are subject to applicable taxes
- All items must be removed within 2 days of auction date or as posted on current auction
- All invoices will be sent via email
- The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and shall control the bidding at all times
- In any case of dispute the Auctioneers decision shall be final
- All items must be removed from the premises by the date listed per auction and only upon full payment by Cash, Debit, Visa or MasterCard
- Shipping Service is available from our location
- Please set up shipping with your own carrier. Your Bill of Lading must reference your invoice # and bidder #. Please send a copy of the Bill of Lading to buyit@activeauctionmart.com or by fax to 604-371-1191

- Each shipment is subject to handling, palletizing and packaging fees depending on item. Please contact us to arrange this service and confirm fees prior to scheduling the pickup.
- Storage Fees:
- Items not removed within the allotted time and are subject to a $25.00 per item per day charge.
