Your bid is a contract: Place a bid only if you are serious about buying the item. If you are the high bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract with The Hamilton Group, LLC. All bids are in US dollars.
A Buyers Premium of 15% will be added to all items sold.

Items for sale will be sold “As is, where is.” There is absolutely no warranty or guarantee of any kind either written or implied. Occasionally, additional information may come to light regarding any and all items being sold during the auction. Remember, all sales are final. We make every effort to accurately describe each item in the auction; however, it’s possible that a mistake may occur. When this occurs, the new information takes precedence. PAYMENT: All purchases must be paid in full within 48 Hours following the conclusion of the auction and prior to removal. We accept the following forms of payment:

• Company check with BANK LETTER OF GUARANTEE. (Sample Forms Available On Our Website)
• Wire transfer or Bank Check
- Credit Cards Are Accepted On Total Invoices Of Less Then $4,500.00
Bidder agrees that this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Connecticut and hereby grants sole jurisdiction and agrees to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of a court of subject matter jurisdiction located in [insert auction house county and state]. Bidder agrees and grants that service of process on them may be obtained by mailing a certified letter, containing a summons, postage prepaid, to them at the address they provided to register. Should a dispute arise between The Hamilton Group, LLC and Bidder, Bidder waives any right to a trial or hearing in a court of law and agrees to settle the dispute through binding arbitration in New Haven County, Connecticut.
Sales Tax: All successful bidders will be responsible for sales taxes which may be added to your invoice unless an exemption certificate is supplied prior to invoicing. No sales tax will be collected for vehicle sales. CT Sales Tax Is 6.35%
