All prices are in £pounds sterling. Where VAT is chargeable this will be at the current rate. ie 20%.
No lift out charges - Goods will be dismantled and loaded on to your transport free of charge (Excludes buyer to remove items).
Export customers must provide proof of export.

Viewing Details
- Viewing by appointment ONLY through the auctioneers.
Notes on Bidding
- Where items are combinations lots - Please note you can bid for individual lots or for the plant as a whole. Accordingly your winning bid for individual items cannot be confirmed until the outcome of the combination lot has been determined.
- Overtime bidding - Bidding will be extended on individual lots if bids are placed within 10 minutes of the items end time.
Clearance
- CHECK WITH CLARKE FUSSELLS FOR INDIVIDUAL CLEARANCE DATES
- Please note that goods must be collected by the date stated in timings above. If no date is given collection must be within a maximum of 4 weeks from the date of auction. Failure to do so will result in a storage charge of £100 per week per item.
- If buyer to remove (BTR) - upon request we can provide a price from our contractors to disconnect and load onto your transport
- Appointments for collections - cannot be made until full payment has been received. We operate a strict booking in service. Upon receipt of cleared funds you will need to liaise with our Site Manager to arrange a mutually convenient collection date. The Site Manager's number will accommpany your invoice. Please Note
- Goods cannot be removed on the day of the sale.
- This sale is subject to our standard terms and conditions available from the our website or by request from our office.
- Do not bid unless you have the funds in place to cover your purchase
- It is the buyers responsibility to inspect the equipment being offered for sale prior to bidding.
- Clarke Fussells reserve the right to remove an item from sale should a pre auction bid be accepted.

Buyer's premium
Buyer's premium will be charged on all items at 17.5%.
Remember all purchases/lift out charges are subject to buyer's premium at the rate of 17.5% plus VAT where applicable.
VAT
