(Credit card subject to a 3% 
fee).A 5% buyer`s premuim will 
be charged to a maximum of 
$800 per lot.All online 
registries should get a 
response within 48 
hours.Nothing to be removed 
until paid in full.All items 
are sold as,is ,and lie at the 
purchasers risk immediatly 
after it is sold.The items 
have been displayed and each 
purchaser shall be held to 
have satisfied him or herself 
to the condition,identity,and 
authenticity and shall not be 
entitled to make any objection 
after the sale whatsoever. The 
Auctioneer reserves the right 
to accept or reject any bid 
and shall control the bidding 
at all times.In case of a 
dispute,the Auctioneer`s 
decision shall be 
final.Absentee bids will be 
put in at all appropriate 
times.Team auctioneers cannot 
make any guarantees that the 
internet bidding will work at 
all times.All merchandise must 
be paid in full on sale day. 
any NSF cheques or stoppage of 
payments will be turned over 
to legal action and all costs 
shall be consumed by
