Payment Instructions: Payment in full is due no later than the end of Business, Tuesday, August 4, 2015.  The Auction Company (Langham Auctioneers) will send you an invoice after the completion of the auction. *It is the Bidders Responsibility to contact the Auction Company (Langham Auctioneers) to make payment arrangements. Shipping Instructions: Shipping is Buyers Responsibility. All Items except Lot 32 (located in Fairfield, IL) are at auction site—200 E. Kirkwood St., Odin, Illinois.

Preview Date & Times: On-Site Preview will be held on Sunday, July 19^th from 2-4PM (CST) and Thursday, July 30^th from 4-7PM (CST).  Bidders are strongly urged to take advantage of the on-site preview to personally review/inspect all items to be sold.  All Items sold AS-IS!

Special Terms

All purchases must be paid for no later than end of Business Tuesday, August, 4, 2015. (Please see payment instructions for acceptable terms of payment).  All items sold AS-IS, Where-IS.  Items become the sole responsibility of the bidder once the Auctioneer announces sold.  All Items must be removed from the auction lot no later than Friday, August 14, 2015. Langham Auctioneers makes no warranty expressed or implied.  All Items sold “AS-IS, Where-IS, with all faults lying.  There is an 8% Buyers Premium to all purchases made online.  As noted above.   Please see checkout dates and times for hours of operation.  Titles are processed in accordance with the local DMV.  Rules from state to state may differ and may require further processing by the buyer.  Units that do not require titles in one state may have such requirements in other states.  The Auctioneer/Owner is not responsible, and may not be able to in some cases provide documentation required by other states.  Seller and/or Auctioneer reserve the right to reject a Bidders registration application and/or bids for any reason in their sole discretion without prior contact to the Bidder.  Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person.  Langham Auctioneers shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it.  Langham Auctioneers will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise.  Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase.  Langham Auctioneers is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder.  Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction.  Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Langham Auctioneers or anyone else if the Internet Service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction.  Langham Auctioneers will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source.  Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the pre-auction bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins.  Langham Auctioneers reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.  Announcements made sale day take precedence over all other advertising material.

0% Financing Terms: Must have approval a minimum of 24 hours before auction begins to participate.
